本公司是经南通市体改委批准，工商局、建委核准于一九九三年组建的股份制施工企业，是由一些具有十几年施工经验的专业工程技术人员和施工队伍所组成。

　　现在高级工程师5名，工程师26名，经济管理类人员、助工、技术员130余名。我公司的工程技术人员和施工队伍中有的曾参加过大庆、新疆、北京、上海等地的工程建设。如参加过获得国家《鲁班奖》的西藏拉萨饭店的建设、上海大剧院主体工程，上海瑞金大厦的装饰和安装工程；又如曾参加过南通市十佳建筑《南通大饭店》和《中国技术进出口公司南通分公司》的工程建设。公司以全新的运行机制，科学的管理、求实的态度取信于社会、立足南通面向全国竭诚为建设单位服务。

　　本公司下设土建、安装、装饰装璜、市政四个部。现在施工人员1800余人。现在大中型施工机械572台，周转材料2000余吨，钢模5000多平方米，固定资产原值一亿三千多万元，流动资产八千余万元。经省建委批准为工业与民用建筑工程施工二级企业。

　　由本公司中标并实施的贵州省开阳黄磷厂建设工一次开车成功。该工程土建项目十六项，计52120平方米。其中电炉厂房、装车框架和沉渣池、锅炉房及80米烟囱土建均评为优良工程；全厂的化工非标设备总重量500余吨的制作安装，水电气仪的安装，以及35KVA变电所的安装经贵州省、地、县三级的有关部门联合验收一致评为优良工程。这个由土建、设备制作、安装、开车一条龙总承包的中型建设项目，工期仅用了22个月，体现了我们施工质量优、速度快、投资省的管理水平。上海虹口区房地产公司源林公寓，框架结构18层公寓三幢48000平方米以及上海曲阳西块第一期十八层2.5万平方米商住综合楼。上海大剧院6层，4.5万平方米的主体工程，质量优良。2000年上海古象大酒店的主体工程自量优良，该工程地上24层地下二层，建筑面积43138平方米，也由我公司分包施工。2001年承包施工的上海二工大1.96万平方米的图文信息中心，获得2002年上海市建筑工程“白玉兰”奖（市优质工程）。

　　我公司正在施工的工程有星海花园一、二期工程、新开苑B组团等工程。已建完的有上海太松复合塑料厂房、东台经济开发区迎宾大道KY1、KY3标段、海安县洋港河改造，以及上海23层的华虹广场等工程。在南通施工的优良工程有自来水公司城北水库综合楼，开发区星湖花园社区服务中心等工程。另外完成装饰施工的大型优良工程有上海国际网球中心、英国百安居上海浦东新店、百安居深圳店、百安居青岛店、百安居北京店、以及特力上海办公室及展示间部正在施工中。

Brief Introduction to Nantong Tongsheng Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd.

　　Upon the approval of Nantong System Reform Committee and verifications of Nantong Administration for Industry and Commerce and Nantong Construction Committee, Nantong Tongsheng Construction and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 as a stock-system construction enterprise. In the company there are professional engineers, technicians and construction teams who have rich experiences in construction for tens of years including 5 senior engineers, 26 engineers, and 130-plus economic managerial personnel, assistant engineers and technicians. Some people of them participated in the civil works in such regions as Daqing, Xinjiang, Beijing and Shanghai, e.g. those for Tibet’s Lasa Hotel won national prize “Luban”, the carcass work of Shanghai Grand Theater, the decoration and installation of Shanghai Ruijin Building, and Nantong Hotel and China Technical Import and Export Corporation Nantong Branch titled as ones of the Ten Best Buildings of Nantong. Our company, with its brand-new operating system, scientific management and realistic approach, has won confidence of society and had its feet firmly planted at Nantong and keep in view all over the country for sincerely serving owners of works.

　　Four departments of civil engineering, installation, decoration and finishing, and municipal work under the company have more than 1800 construction personnel, 572 sets of large- and middle-sized construction machinery, and more than 2000 tons circulation materials, 5000 square meters steel moulds, RMB130 million fixed asset and RMB80 million current asset, became a Grade II construction enterprise in industrial and civil architectural works approved by Construction Committee of Jiangsu Province.

　　The building project of Kaiyang Yellow Phosphorous Plant in Guizhou Province bid and constructed by the company successfully started up once and for all. The project contained 16 civil works totaled 52120 square meters, especially those for the plant’s electric furnace workshop, loading frame, settling pit, boiler-house and 80-meters-high stack being titled as Excellent Works. The manufacture and installation works for the plant’s all nonstandard chemical machinery weighing more than 500 tons, mounting works for the systems of water, power, gas and instrumentation and installation works for 35KVA power substation were conferred title “excellent works” upon the acceptances of the relative province-, prefecture- and county-level departments of Guizhou Province. This is a medium-sized construction project of coordinated-process general contract in civil engineering, machinery manufacturing, installing and starting-up with a short construction period 22 months, embodying our management level featured by good construction quality, faster construction speed and more economical investment. Also the projects contracted and constructed by us were titled as excellent works, such as 18-floor Yuanlin Apartment structured in frame totaled three buildings and 48000 square meters under Shanghai Hongkou District Real Estate Company, 18-floor commercial housing complex totaled 25000 square meters of the First Phase Project for Quyang Western Plot in Shanghai, 6-floor carcass work of Shanghai Grand Theater totaled 45000 square meters, and carcass work of Shanghai Guxiang Hotel constructed in 2000 whose construction items for 24 floors on ground and 2 floors under ground totaled 43138 square meters construction area were sub-contracted by us in 2000. The picture-text information center work, totaled 19600 square meters, of Shanghai Second Industrial University contracted and constructed by us in 2001 won prize “Baiyulan” of Shanghai Construction Works (Quality Works of Shanghai) for 2002.

　　The works constructed by us under way are such as the First, Second Phases of Xinghai-Huayuan and Cluster B of Xinkaiyuan. Those completed by us are workshops of Shanghai Taisong Compound Plastics Plant, road sections KY1, KY3 of Yingbin Street in Dongtai Economic Development Zone, re-mould of Yanggang River in Hai’an County, and 23-floor Huahong Plaza in Shanghai. The excellent works in Nantong constructed by us are such as Chengbei Reservoir’s complex building of Running Water Company, the community service center of Xinghu-Huayuan in Nantong Development Zone. The large-sized excellent works decorated and constructed by us include Shanghai International Tennis Center, British Bai’anju Shop in Shanghai Pudong, Bai’anju Shop in Shenzhen, and Bai’anju Shop in Qingdao, Bai’anju Shop in Beijing as well as Teli’s Office and Exhibition Hall in Shanghai being under way.

　　The past years over the company contracted for many works in municipal infrastructural construction and won wide-ranging social prestige and certain economic benefit. Meanwhile the municipal works contracted and constructed by us in such places as Suzhou, Kunshan, Wuxi, Lianyugang and Nantong Development Zone were well received by local governments and construction units. As the main force of Nantong in municipal road works and bitumen concrete pavements, the company has accumulated rich experience in project construction and management, etc. With the deep development of the national economy and unceasing investment to construction of the infrastructure by the country, the business quantities for works must be increased.
